My Pregnancy Journey Recap at 39 Weeks
As I entered my final weeks of pregnancy, we decided to record a podcast episode to document the journey - for us to look back on and also to potentially help any new or expecting parents with some of the things that helped us. In this episode, CJ asks me about my perspective on motherhood, how I maintained/adapted my health and fitness, and all the resources that were helpful to me along the way. You can listen to the episode here and find a list of the resources I mentioned below.

Now that I’m officially in my postpartum journey, I do plan to write in more depth in a separate post on some of the resources that were most helpful to us, like hiring a birth doula. We’ll also be recording a Part 2 podcast episode recapping our first month as parents, so stay tuned for that and let us know on IG if there are any questions we should answer!
