My Favorite Podcasts for Health and Life Optimization

Over the last couple of years, I’ve loved using podcasts as a way to learn more about the topics that interest me. I’ve found them to be such a cool way to really get in tune with what naturally piques my curiosity and learn from authentic conversations between experts in different fields. The genres I consume most often are usually around:

  • optimizing health and longevity - everything on the fringe of optimal health from prevention of chronic disease to biometrics and wearable health tech

  • human performance and endurance training - wisdom and strategies from high-performing endurance athletes, how women should train according to their menstrual cycle, nutritional approach to optimal athletic performance

  • life wisdom and mindset - love a good reminder on tuning into what’s most essential in life, defining your own version of success, and cultivating inner peace

  • business / start-ups / entrepreneurship - always inspired and motivated by entrepreneurial success stories, lessons from founders, and general business strategy in today’s era

As I find myself bookmarking podcasts each week, listening in between gaps of my day, on my way to and from the office, while I’m getting ready in the morning — I thought it would be beneficial to round up my go-to sources of info!
